<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a fuel cell capable of solving a problem at a simple manufacturing method, wherein an end of an electrolyte film is faced to an end face of a gasket since the end of the electrolyte film is raised against resin pressure of a resin injected at the time of injection molding of the gasket and accordingly, cross-leak durability is reduced by forming a cross-leak passage of a gas. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for a fuel battery cell, a separator 7, first gas-permeable layers 4', 6', a membrane-electrode assembly 3, and second gas-permeable layers 4, 6 are laminated in this order, the electrolyte film 1 is projected to a side rather than the second gas-permeable layer in this laminating posture, and the separator 7 is projected to a side rather than the electrolyte film 1. The manufacturing method comprises a process of manufacturing a temporary integral unit by fixing a location 1a where the electrolyte film 1 is projected with the first gas-permeable layer, and a process of storing the integral unit in a molding die and forming the fuel battery cell 10 by molding the gasket 8 at peripheral edges of the membrane-electrode assembly 3 and the gas-permeable layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
