<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunostimulation composition which includes fucoidan and lactobacillus, and has a high IL-10 production promotion action. <P>SOLUTION: Fucoidan derived from Undaria pinnatifida of 0.1-10 pts.wt. is added to lactic acid bacterium, based on 1 pt.wt. of fungus belonging to genera Tetragenococcus, Pediococcus, Lactobacillus or the like, and is cultivated, thereby the immunostimulation composition having an IL-12 production promotion action and also a high IL-10 production promotion action can be obtained. The immunostimulation composition is anticipated to have a high effect in ameliorating a symptom of I type allergy or a symptom relaxation of ulcerative colitis or the like which is an inflammatory disease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
