<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal preventing damage of a device stored inside a casing to a shock from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This mobile terminal has a pair of ribs 20 facing to each other inside an exterior case 11, and an optical module 30 is stored inside the exterior case 11 close to between both the ribs 20. The rib 20 includes: a plurality of projection wall parts 20a projecting from the inner wall 11a of the exterior case 11; and connection wall parts 20c connecting projection ends 20b of the respective projection wall parts 20a.
