The present invention provides a fluorine containing aqueous cotnposition having water repellent and oil repellent properties comprising: (A) a fluorine containing copolymer aqueous emulsion which can be obtained by way of radical polymerization of perfluoroalkyl-acrylate monomer, monomer having carboxyl group and monomer having hydroxyl gorup at a certain ratio; and (B) cationic water soluble polymer such as polyallylamine salt.
