EXTRUSION MOLDING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC PLATE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding machine and a method for manufacturing ceramic plates using the extrusion molding machine which allows the prevention of spiral orientation of clay and decrease of latent distortion when extruding the clay.

SOLUTION: The extrusion molding machine includes: a screw 102 for pressure-feeding the clay; a screw shaft 101 forming a shaft of the screw; an internal-ball supporting shaft 106 connected to the screw shaft; and an internal ball 107 connected to the internal ball supporting shaft. At least either the internal-ball supporting shaft 106 or the internal-ball 107 rotates reversely to the screw 102 when extruding the clay.
