PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device etc., capable of effectively removing dust sticking on a substrate transmitting light. SOLUTION: The optical device includes a plurality of electrodes (42) which are provided to the substrate (40) transmitting light, and transmit light, and an output circuit (28) which outputs a voltage to the plurality of electrodes so as to change an electric field on a surface of the substrate, wherein, in the electrodes (42), the thickness at a first portion (42f) is thicker than that at a second portion (42g) different from the first portion.
