PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telegraphic message transmission/reception system or the like which can be operated with an only necessary minimum area as a reception telegraphic message storage area without requiring to secure an area in advance. SOLUTION: The telegraphic transmission/reception system based on a TCP/IP protocol is configured to dynamically secure the reception telegraphic message storage area when receiving a telegraphic message through a reception telegraphic message storage area sharing program, and to store a telegraphic message to be received by a plurality of ports into a specific area.
