<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and practical sunlight beam-condensing unit, and photovoltaic generating set. <P>SOLUTION: The ground is developed to form a laterally-long reflecting mirror surface which has an F-value of 0.7 to 1.4, and a reflective material is provided at the developed ground for condensing beams.
