PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the water entry preventing performance inside a wheel supporting bearing unit on which a sealing device consisting of a slinger and a seal is mounted. SOLUTION: To the inner peripheral face of an annular portion 71 of the slinger 7 of the sealing device and to an outer peripheral face 100 of a second member (an inner ring) 1b of an inside member 10, as the opposite face thereto, fluorinated water repellent treatment liquid which contains 0.5 mass% fluorinated surface active agent formed of perfluoroalkyl-alkylacrylate copolymer and 0.3 wt.% silica particulates having an average particulate size of 30 nm is applied to be dried to form a uneven water repellent coat. Additionally, an uneven water repellent coat can be formed on the outer peripheral face of an annular portion 61b of a second seal 6 and on an inner peripheral face 200 of an outside member 20, as the opposite face thereto, in a similar method.
