PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a game player from incurring a loss. SOLUTION: A CR unit 10 determines whether a state of a sensor unit 30 meets predetermined releasing permission conditions when receiving a direction to release a locking mechanism of the CR unit 10 and a mounting frame that is one of the lock releasing requirements of a tray unit. A CR unit permits to release the locking mechanism of the CR unit 10 and the mounting frame, when determining that the releasing permission conditions are met, which prevents Pachinko balls to be counted from dropping out when the tray unit is removed.
