PURPOSE: A circular culture method for spyrulina using a tubular apparatus for culturing spyrulina is provided to prevent the attachment of spyrulina on the surface of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A circular culture method for spyrulina comprises: injecting spyrulina into a culture medium in a cylindrical culture tank(101); a step of culturing the strain by supplying light; a step of additionally inputting fresh culture medium to the culture tank and mixing together; a step of circulating a culture part, pump, discharge part and culture part; a step of supplying light from the light source and culturing spyrulina; and a step of collecting the culture medium and filtering.
