PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an IOPS (Input Output Per Second) performance when writing data without performing garbage collection. SOLUTION: A storage device includes: a step of writing first data from a host in the page of a Block3 among blocks Block1 to 3 configuring a recording medium; a step of writing second data recorded in the page of the Block1 selected based on a non-use page in a buffer; a step of erasing data recorded in the page of the Block1; and a step of rewriting the second data in the page of the Block1. In this case, the non-use page shows a page in which the data are not written or the page in which the data written in the other page are written.
