PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out an operation test by a test program. SOLUTION: An operation verification device 100 includes an operation detection unit 115 for sequentially detecting operation of data input into prescribed equipment, an operation recording unit 137 for recording a function corresponding to the operation into an operation content file, a program generating unit 132 for generating the test program for regenerating the series of operations executed in the prescribed equipment, by setting a program code in response to the function recorded in the operation content file, and a program executing unit 134 for executing the test program, by acquiring and transferring an input data from an input data file different from the operation content file.
