PURPOSE: A shrimp shell remover is provided, which prevents foreign material from being expanded without complex devices and easily removes shrimp shell by a simple principle. CONSTITUTION: A shrimp shell remover comprises: a body(100) in which a support stand projected from one side is integrally formed and a safety cover equipped with a door is installed in the front surface of the upper part; a pivot member(140) which is rotationally installed in the support stand of the body; and a blade unit(150) which is connected to a hinge shaft equipped in the lower inner end of the body by a hinge shaft. The blade unit comprises an interval control lever, a blade, and a fixture.
