<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for improving the adaptation precision of a phase between a first engagement member and a second engagement member in a circumferential direction. <P>SOLUTION: This driving device is provided with a motor; a first engagement member formed in a circumferential direction with the axial line of the motor as a center to be rotated by the torque of the motor; a second engagement member arranged in the circumferential direction; and an actuator for engaging and releasing the first engagement member and the second engagement member. This driving device is provided with phase adjusting means (steps S1 and S2) for, when engaging the first engagement member with the second engagement member, adjusting a phase in the circumferential direction of the first engagement member and the second engagement member by rotating the first engagement member with the motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
