<p>The oven (1) has a cooking chamber (2) comprising a dome-shaped wall (4) positioned above a lower wall (3) to define a cooking space. A technical zone (8) is located at the top of the dome-shaped wall. The technical zone has a sensor (9) that co-operates with a controller, and an air evacuation opening (10) that evacuates hot and humid air from the cooking chamber during implementation of a heating cycle by the oven.
