<p>PURPOSE: A two-way type humidity generator is provided to uniformly maintain humidity inside a chamber by continuously supplying air with uniform humidity to the chamber. CONSTITUTION: A two-way type humidity generator is composed of an air compressor(1), a first supply channel(2), a second supply channel(3), a wet air generating unit(4), and an air mixing unit(5). The air compressor compresses external air. The first supply channel is composed of a first drying unit(24), a first silica gel(21), a first valve(22), and a first flow-meter(23). The first drying unit condenses the air supplied from the air compressor and eliminates moisture from the air. The first valve controls the supplied amount of the dried air. The wet air generating unit converts the dried air supplied from the second supply channel into wet air. The air mixing unit mixes the dried air with the wet air.</p> |
