PURPOSE: The organic elestroluminescent display device uses the electrode portion formed within the panel. The touch screen panel function is annexed. CONSTITUTION: The panel(PNL) comprises the sub pixels and the second substrate located on surface the first substrate. Supplies the scan signal in the included sub pixel to the scan driver is the panel. Supplies data signal in the included sub pixel to data driver is the panel. The sensor(TSC) is connected to the electrode portion locating within the panel.
