A bed-head bar with everything to hand, which is placed alongside the head of the bed and covers the space from one side of the mattress to the other, placed just above the user's head; said bar comprises two planar side uprights that each define two faces, an inner face and an external face, where the elements for accommodating the user's personal effects are placed, the uprights being connected at the upper ends thereof by a planar crosspiece that likewise defines two surfaces, an upper surface and a lower surface, that are used to accommodate light fittings, curtains, mosquito nets, books and even pot plants.
