PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dead spaces caused by a first intermediate conductive layer and a second intermediate conductive layer. SOLUTION: A first switching element Q1 and a second switching element Q2 are driven by using a scanning line 22 as a gate. The first switching element Q1 is present between a first data line 24A and a first intermediate conductive layer 541, and the second switching element Q2 is present between a second data line 24B and a second intermediate conductive layer 542. The first intermediate conductive layer 541 is conducted to the first switching element Q1 through a conductive hole HB1 of a first insulating layer L1, and the second intermediate conductive layer 542 is conducted to the second switching element Q2 through a conductive hole HB2 of the first insulating layer L1. A first electrode 31 is conducted to the first intermediate conductive layer 541 through a conductive hole HC1 of a second insulating layer L2, and a second electrode 32 is conducted to the second intermediate conductive layer 542 through a conductive hole HC2 of the second insulating layer L2 and a third insulating layer L3.
