The seal (10) has a support forming part (2) mounted on a frame, and an element (51) projected outside a cabinet lip (4) that is adjoined to the part, where the element is extended along a length portion (11) of the seal. An element (52) is projected from the lip and adjacent to the element (51), so that the elements have cordon sections (50) that are projected from the lip. The elements are integrated to a lower face (41) of the lip, where the element (52) is integrated to the lip through a frangible connection (59). An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a seal.
