PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonaceous film into which a functional group is efficiently introduced by plasma irradiation. SOLUTION: The carbonaceous film comprises a carbonaceous film body 103 formed on the surface of a base material 101 and the functional group 105 introduced onto the surface of the carbonaceous film body 103. The carbonaceous film body 103 contains more carbon-carbon bonds than carbon-hydrogen bonds in at least the portion of the surface side thereof. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
