<p>PURPOSE: A material thermally treated to reduce brittleness is provided to prevent the cracking of a material by weakening brittleness in the heat treatment of a material. CONSTITUTION: A material thermally treated comprises a body, a specific heat processing unit(2) and a heat treatment part(4). The cooling water is sprayed to the surface of the body along a spiral shape after frequency is applied in the body. The specific heat processing unit is formed since the part in which the cooling water is sprayed is not heated.</p> |
