PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double-layer capacitor module connecting extraction electrodes of electric double-layer capacitor cells, with mechanical strength and with an electrically low resistance. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electric double-layer capacitor module, the electric double-layer capacitor module by connecting in series extraction electrodes (12, 13) of a plurality of electric double-layer capacitor cells 10 is characterized by including the steps of: forming the extraction electrode of the electric double-layer capacitor cell into the shape of L; making a rivet hole in each of the extraction electrodes; piling up the extraction electrodes of the electric double-layer capacitor cells and inserting a rivet in the rivet holes and fixing the extraction electrodes; and welding the extraction electrodes.
