PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control film that requires a very short time from application of voltage to completion of a change in transmittance of light. SOLUTION: The light control film includes an electrolytic layer containing an electrolyte, a solvent and a binder resin, and further containing a heat insulating substrate which is either one of a tin-doped indium oxide particulate and a gallium-doped zinc oxide particulate. In the light control film, an electrochromic layer formed at least one surface of the electrolytic layer contains an electrochromic compound which is polyacetylene having an aromatic side chain and a conductive substance composed of a metal particle or a doped conductive polymer. Laminated glass is constituted so that an intermediate film for the laminated glass which is composed of the light control film is sandwiched between glass plates on which a pair of conductive films are formed.
