PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the optimum sleep start time based on sleep minimum biological information differential time and awake minimum biological information differential time stored in a memory. SOLUTION: A sleep start time prediction system includes: a temperature sensor 32; a temperature analysis program 22c to calculate reference sleep minimum temperature time as time of minimum temperature in sleep, and reference awake minimum temperature time as time of minimum temperature in awake based on reference temperature records, and to calculate actual sleep minimum temperature time as time of minimum temperature in sleep, and actual awake minimum temperature time as time of minimum temperature in awake based on actual temperature records; a differential time calculating program 22e to calculate sleep minimum temperature differential time as differential time between the actual sleep minimum temperature time and the reference sleep minimum temperature time, and awake minimum temperature differential time as differential time between the actual awake minimum temperature time and the reference awake minimum temperature time; and an optimum sleep start time prediction program 22f to predict the optimum sleep start time for a user, based on the sleep minimum temperature differential time and the awake minimum temperature differential time.
