PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which exhibits high chargeability in a short period of time after power input independently of an environment for use and allows a uniform image to be formed and includes high fixability regardless of types of recording target media to be used, and to provide an electrostatic charge image developer, a toner cartridge, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner includes toner particles containing: a non-cross-linked crystalline polyester resin containing a component derived from a material selected from among aliphatic dicarboxylic acids having 6 to 30 carbon atoms and aliphatic diol having 6 to 30 carbon atoms; a cross-linked crystalline polyester resin containing a component derived from a material selected from among aliphatic dicarboxylic acids having 6 to 30 carbon atoms and aliphatic diol having 6 to 30 carbon atoms; and a colorant.
