<p>PURPOSE: A device, a method, and a system for collecting and providing traffic information using relay between vehicles, an infrastructure communication network and a server are provided to enable a vehicle to collect traffic information by itself and transfer the collected traffic information to other vehicles which are in a fixed range through several relay steps. CONSTITUTION: A wireless vehicle terminal(51) includes a wireless measurement unit(53) and a wireless communication unit(52). The wireless vehicle terminal collects movement speed by a section and traffic information of a measured time by itself. The wireless vehicle terminal compares traffic information received from another vehicle with existing traffic information. The wireless vehicle terminal updates the existing traffic information with the latest information. The wireless vehicle terminal transfers recent traffic information to another vehicle and a wireless base station. The wireless vehicle terminal relays the received traffic information.</p> |
