摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a steamed pudding by which generation of pores and separation of milk fat are suppressed in a production process of the steamed pudding rich in milk fat, and syneresis caused when thawing frozen steamed pudding is prevented: and to provide the steamed pudding obtained by the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for making a steamed pudding includes almost uniformly admixing a prescribed amount of potato, an emulsifier and a stabilizer to pudding dough so as to suppress separation of fat content and generation of pores caused in the production process, and prevent syneresis caused when thawing a frozen steamed pudding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
