PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit that maintains an output power as much as possible while preventing clipping of output signals. SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit includes an amplification section for amplifying a first signal to generate a second signal, and a correction section for performing smooth curvilinear process to all or one portion of third signals (Vx), namely the input signals, based on a state variable (VxTyp) varying according to the state of the amplification section, to generate the first signal (Vc). In the smooth curvilinear process, Vc is generated such that Vc increases while drawing a smooth curve as Vx increases on a Vx-Vc plane.
