PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding headrest, facilitating the molding work of a headrest and certainly molding the side part of the headrest. SOLUTION: The headrest mold 10 includes a base plate 21 freely putting in and out of a lower mold 12, the first slide piece 24 which is fixed to the base plate 21, freely moved in a horizontal direction so as to be fitted in and separated from the recessed part 6 on the side part 8 of the headrest 1 and energized in a fitting direction by a first spring 28 and the second slide piece 25 which is slid to the outer peripheral surface of the first slide piece 24, freely moved in the horizontal direction so as to be brought into contact with and separated from the side surface 7 of the headrest 1 and energized in a contact direction by a second spring 33.
