PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure of a beam dump capable of securing radiation amount to the air, and keeping a thermally stable state. SOLUTION: In the laminated structure of the beam dump 10 equipped with a plurality of plate-like members 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d which are laminated toward outside in the surrounding of the dump target 11, and have heat conductivity, mutually crossing exhaust grooves are respectively formed on the contact faces of the opposing plate-like members 13a and 13b, 13b and 13c, 13c and 13d, exhaust through-holes communicated with crossing parts of respective exhaust grooves are formed in the plate-like members 13b, 13c, 13d, exhaust facility 19 is connected to the exhaust through-holes, and since inside of the respective exhaust grooves are exhausted and kept in a vacuum state via the exhaust through-holes by the exhaust facility 19, respective laminated plate-like members 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d are fixed.
