PURPOSE: A pillow having snoring prevention and automatic height adjustment functions is provided, which stops snoring and automatically adjust height of a pillow. CONSTITUTION: A pillow comprises: an upper plate member equipped with a sensor arranged in the upper plate in order to obtain information of user's head position; two motors(10) which are arranged in the right and left of a lower plate; a lower plate member consisting of a speed reducer and a pulley(6) mounted on the axis of the speed reducer; a sound detecting sensor(30) sensing a sound; a controller(12) controlling the operation of the motor; a connecting member for pulling or releasing the upper plate; and a spring(13) pushing the upper and lower plates. |
