<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag that can prevent a reduction in product value caused by accumulation of water inside the package which is a problem of a conventional MA packaging, can be cooled by vacuum cooling method, and has an excellent freshness maintaining effect by both of the freshness maintaining effects of the MA packaging and the reduction of a product temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A fruit and vegetable freshness maintaining packaging bag is made of a transparent synthetic resin film having a thickness of 15-150μm, and has 1 to 20 holes, each having an opening area of 0.3-10 mm<SP>2</SP>. Within 24 hours after packaging fruits and vegetables, an oxygen concentration inside the package is 3-18 vol%, and a carbon dioxide concentration is 3-18 vol%, respectively, by breathing of the fruits and vegetables themselves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
