INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, PROGRAM AND IMAGE DATA MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of face recognition processing by a system by reflecting a user's determination result to a recognition result by face recognition technique of the system. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus receives a user's input for changing information for similarity between faces based on face recognition for image data and to use the information for the similarity which is changed by the input to manage the image data. The information processing apparatus includes: a similarity information holding means which holds similarity information between a reference face image and an object face image obtained by face recognition; an input receiving means which receives the user's input for changing the held similarity information; and a similarity information management means which uses the received input content to change the held similarity information to reflect a corresponding person determination that one object face image contained in the same image data is equal to the reference face image and a non-corresponding person determination that the other object face image contained in the image data is not equal to the reference face image.
