PURPOSE: A cove tape separating device for supplying a carrier tape is provided to improve productivity by preventing static electricity due to tangling or grazing of a cover tape. CONSTITUTION: A blade part(301) separates a base tape and a cover tape from a first adhesion layer of a carrier tape. A folding guide unit(302) is formed on the side of the blade part and guides the folding of the cover tape separated by the blade part. An inversion inducing unit(303) is obliquely extended from the blade part and the folding guide and inverts the upper side and the lower side of the folded cover tape by the folding guide unit.
