WEIGHT BASED INFORMATION-SEARCHING TECHNIQUE FOR IMPROVEMENT OF NEW USER RECOMMENDATION PERFORMANCE

摘要

PURPOSE: A weighted value based information searching technique for improvement of new user recommendation performance is provided to apply a change of relative popularity of a product and awareness levels of users. CONSTITUTION: An IQE processor module(100) measures product quality based on relation among quality, popularity, an awareness level of a product. An IVE-generator module(200) classifies users who have similar tastes through a user profile. The IVE-generator module performs recommendation based on evaluation of the users. The IVE-generator module generates an initial grade for recommendation to a new user through sequential execution about 4 steps.
