A method for diagnostics of chronic periodontitis of temporary teeth by immunehystochemical technique comprising the determination of basic immune cells on HLA-DR, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20 expression. The determination of immune disorders is carried out in root tissues and the PLR-analysis of of root channels content for determination of five basic periodontpathogens is carried out. |
