PURPOSE: A gas-liquid contact board is provided to increase the lifetime of a gas-liquid contact board by the resin immersed in the gas-liquid contact board. CONSTITUTION: A gas-liquid contact board(10) is bended. Gas-liquid contact plates are adjacently arranged. The liquid flows along the surface of the gas-liquid contact plate. The gas-liquid contact plates exchanges the matter property of the liquid with gas by the flow of the gas. The gas-liquid contact plate includes a base(11) and a resin(12). The base is made of paper or synthetic resin materials. The resin is coated on the outer side of the base.
