PURPOSE: A solar cell and method of fabricating the same are provided to prevent the contamination to the surface of a substrate since having a self-cleaning effect. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery and a method of manufacture thereof includes a solar cell, an upper plate(700), and a nano-uniticle layer(800). The solar cell comprises a light absorption layer and an electrode layer. The upper plate is arranged on the solar cell. The nano-uniticle layer is arranged on the upper plate. |
