PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method of fabricating the same is provided to improve the photonic efficiency of a solar cell by forming a excellent reflection barrier layer. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof includes a solar cell, an upper plate(800), and a first anti-reflective layer(600). The solar cell comprises a light absorption layer and an electrode layer. The upper plate is arranged on the solar cell. The first anti-reflective layer is arranged on the upper plate. The first anti-reflective layer has a porous shape. |
