<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for treating an organic solvent-containing gas, in which an organic solvent is hardly discharged to the atmosphere when waste water, that is separated/discharged from an apparatus for recovering an organic solvent, is treated in an aeration tank. <P>SOLUTION: The system for treating the organic solvent-containing gas is provided with: the apparatus for recovering the organic solvent, which has an adsorption column, where an adsorbing material is packed, and which is operated so that the organic solvent-containing gas to be treated is introduced thereinto, to adsorb the organic solvent on the adsorbing material in the adsorption column, the treated gas having low organic solvent concentration is discharged, steam is introduced into the adsorption column, where the adsorption treatment is completed, to desorb the organic solvent from the adsorbing material and regenerate the adsorbing material, the solvent-containing steam to be generated when the adsorbing material is regenerated is introduced into a solvent separation unit, where the solvent-containing steam is condensed/separated, to separate/recover the organic solvent; the aeration tank for volatilizing/removing an organic solvent component in the waste water discharged from the solvent separation unit; and a condenser for condensing the organic solvent gas volatilized from the aeration tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
