PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-saving fishing lamp that uses LEDs and can utilize the existing equipment, enabling fish gathering effects that is equivalent to conventional effects and efficiently lights a prescribed region. SOLUTION: The fishing lamp is constituted of a base 1, a constant-current DC power source part 2, a glass epoxy plate 4 with a plurality of high-output LEDs 3 arranged, a copper foil part 5, an insulating sheet 6, a partition plate 7, a heat sink 8 and casings 9-1 to 9-4. In the constant-current DC power source part 2, the AC power source on the feed side is subjected to voltage step-down by phase control and carries out full-wave rectification and capacitor smoothing, and a DC power source is obtained and the result is then fed to the LEDs 3 which are connected in series. Although the thickness of the copper foil part 5 of the glass epoxy plate 4 is about 30-70μm and is standard, reducing effects on the heat resistance are large, when a planar substrate 11 having the copper foil part 5 of 100μm or larger in thickness, preferably 200 or larger to 2,000μm or smaller in thickness is used; and this enables a junction temperature of 100°C or lower to be attained, without fans by a suitable selection of the heat sink.
