<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-lens photographing apparatus capable of performing photographing while accurately confirming a range wherein distance information can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-lens photographing apparatus includes a plurality of imaging means 11, 12 for capturing images having a parallax with each other, respectively, and outputting image signals S1, S2; a display means 15 for displaying an image to be captured, by at least one of the imaging means 11, 12 as a through-image; and an image processing means 13 for searching for corresponding points, between a plurality of images captured by the imaging means 11, 12, based on the image information within a window of a common size to be scanned and determining the distance information, based on image information relating to the searched corresponding points. The multi-lens photographing apparatus, further, includes a region determining means 14 for determining a circumferential edge region where the distance information cannot be determined in the image indicated by the image signals S1, S2; and a display control means 16 for displaying a through-image such that the circumferential edge region can be recognized, on the display means 15 prior to image capturing by the imaging means 11, 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
