<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge the static electricity of a vehicle to a road surface. <P>SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire has a protruded article 13 including spew 13a sucked up in a metallic vent hole in vulcanizing molding on the grounding surface 2a of tread rubber 2G. The tread rubber 2G includes a cap 10 constituting a main part of the grounding part 2a made of nonconductive rubber, and a conducting part 11 made of conductive rubber and having one end exposed to the grounding surface 2a and the other end connected to a conductive passage electrically conducting with a rim when assembling the rim.
