摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate the power of a drive element with high efficiency without enlarging a configuration of device. SOLUTION: A plurality of capacitors are provided, and each capacitor is connected while being connected to the drive element in series thereto, whereby electric charges of the drive element are regenerated to the capacitors. The number of series-connected capacitors is reduced when a voltage of the drive element decreases as the electric charges are collected to the capacitors. Thereby, the electric charges can be efficiently collected while power consumption by a current that flows from the drive element to the capacitor side is suppressed by raising a voltage value of the capacitor side. Also, the electric charges can be fully collected by lowering the voltage of the capacitor side even if a voltage value of the drive element decreases. Since there is no need for preparing a plurality of capacitors of different voltage values, and also it is not necessary to prepare a plurality of power supplies for charging the capacitors, the configuration of the device can be kept simple.
