<p>The invention relates to a spray gun (1) for applying a layer of viscous material to a surface. The spray gun (1) comprises a housing (2) for receiving a packaging (3) provided with the material. The housing (2) is provided with a spray nozzle (4). The spray gun (1) is adapted to dispense the material from the spray nozzle (4) under fluid pressure. The spray nozzle (4) is provided with a material channel for feed of the material which extends from the housing up to the dispensing end of the spray nozzle. The spray gun (1) is adapted for feed of the fluid to the material channel such that the material can be applied uniformly to the surface.</p>
