PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted electronic apparatus such as a radar detector, a navigation apparatus, or the like which is easier to use than conventional ones. SOLUTION: When a touch on a traffic monitor point 55b in a detailed display is detected in a normal mode, the word "silent" is displayed within a balloon, and the traffic monitor point 55b is switched to a silent mode. The silent mode is a mode which issues a display warning on a display unit on the approach to the traffic monitor point but does not issue a voice warning. When a touch on the traffic monitor point 55b in the detailed display is detected in the silent mode, the word "cancel" is displayed within a balloon, and the traffic monitor point is switched to a cancel mode.
