PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device having improved operability when setting temperatures on a driver's seat side and a passenger's seat side, and having reduced manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: The air conditioning control device 1 includes a mode switch 14 for selecting a D-seat mode for adjusting a set temperature on the driver's seat side, a P-seat mode for adjusting a set temperature on the passenger's seat side or a D-seat and P-seat linkage mode for adjusting the set temperatures on the driver's seat side and on the passenger's seat side in linkage with each other in accordance with pushing operation, and a control part 100 for selecting the P-seat mode, the D-seat mode or the P-seat and D-seat linkage mode in accordance with the pushing operation of the mode switch 14 without changing the set temperatures on the driver's seat side and the passenger's seat side.
