PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bent hose, the method having an easy hose bending process and giving no unprepared thermal history to an unvulcanized rubber. SOLUTION: The method comprises extrusion-forming a resin mandrel RM, forming the intermediate hose of the unvulcanized rubber on the outer circumference of the resin mandrel RM, cutting the intermediate hose and the resin mandrel RM into pieces each having a predetermined length successively, inserting a heater 30b into the hollow part RMa of the resin mandrel RM, bending the resin mandrel RM and the intermediate hose to a predetermined shape while the resin mandrel RM is heated, vulcanizing the intermediate hose, and removing the resin mandrel RM from the intermediate hose while the resin mandrel RM after the vulcanization keeps being softened by the remaining heat of the vulcanization or heat from the outside.
